1 Star I had a very disappointing experience with this store's customer service and refund/exchange policy. Yesterday, I purchased two kids' life jackets. When I got home, I realized one of them was too small. Unfortunately, I misplaced the receipt before returning to exchange it for a larger size. When I explained the situation, the cashier called the manager, who initially agreed to make a one-time exception and allow the exchange. I went and picked up the correct size, but when I returned to the register, the cashier called the manager again. Suddenly, the process became unnecessarily difficult, and they ultimately refused to exchange the item. I even showed my bank statement as proof of purchase, but they still wouldn't help. I wasn't asking for a refund—just a simple size exchange for an item purchased the day before. This level of customer service is unacceptable. It's frustrating to see a store make a straightforward exchange so difficult, especially when they had already agreed to it. I won't be shopping here again.

I’m only taking one star off because the ladies at the register seemed like they just didn’t wanna be there… Their demeanor was very frustrated and they just looked annoyed… I can understand them being under pressure because of holiday returns and what not, but Matthew was their saving grace! His Customer Service skills are beyond reproach and he’s a very nice person. That guy needs a raise… He just needs to remember to breathe. There’s a lot going on and he got a little bit, distracted, but other than that, he was awesome. The store is very well organized and clean. I recommend shopping there.

Not their fault. I'm an adult runner, who wears a 4.5 in shoes. No running shoes smaller than a 5 in stock. Only came in one color, only one option for running shoes in a 5. Had to get the display shoes and there was no discount for that. No military discount either. No Christmas sale either. Full price.

Went shopping Nov 29 I was shopping for bday gifts never do I shop there so I went to ask a worker for help as I called for her she walked away Ignoring me thought maybe she didn’t hear me so I asked again her coworker told me she’s clocking out so I’m guessing the customer service stops soon as it hits time didn’t even bother acknowledging me. Second once it was time to pay I was the only one in line the person behind the counter made me wait and after said he will be with me in a min and took off to help Someone else who was shopping before they came to me which took another 5-10min. Clearly they don’t like new customers so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where next year good job (Dicks) store
